FUNDITESA SANJURJO, S. A. is the industrial division of the family company SANJURJO, S. L. TALLERES LA INDUSTRIOSA –- foundry and mechanical workshop -- founded in Vigo in 1860 by Mr. Antonio SANJURJO BADÍA.

In our workshop we have produced, through our history, steam machines and boilers, fishing winches and other components intended for fishing and cargo vessels, precision machinery for the timber industry and since the 1940s we have esteblished an important section dedicated to the grinding and reconstruction of engines, without forgetting the foundry workshops for the shipping and construction industries as well as the artistic foundry, and so to this day pieces such as chimneys, salamander stoves, lampposts, balconies, bandstands, fountains, etc. decorate Galician villages and towns.

But it is in the 60s when we center our production in CYLINDER LINERS for medium and large marine diesel engines, developing the most advanced centrifugal foundry technology in metallic casting for their production.
